The easing of the lock down rules brought thousands of people to Bournemouth and Poole. The Council declared an Emergency Incident which many people on the beaches and in town thought was a terrorist incident. The plethora of text messages and social media posts that followed only served to increase anxiety amongst residents and visitors alike.
BCP issued a statement that prompted your Association to seek clarification and make some suggestions for the future if and when a similar scenario manifests itself again.
