Notable applications also include two key hospitality venues—Rockwater (Sandbanks) and Compton Acres. Rockwater has requested to extend Sandbanks Beach Café’s opening hours to 1 AM, raising potential concerns over noise and disturbance, while Compton Acres has applied to formalise its long-standing café and shop use under Class E, ensuring continuity of its operations. The Association will continue to review these applications to ensure they contribute positively to the local area.
